Schedule a Session

Headshot Clients – Tim offers either a mini headshot session for those that want to get the job done in approximately a 1/2 hour – 1 hour time period or a standard headshot session that includes 2 hours of shooting time. Should you require a variety of looks in order to promote your personal brand then we recommend choosing the standard session to allow for multiple changes.

Portrait Clients – Tim not only likes to shoot a wide variety of looks, but also varies the lighting as well. These sessions generally last a minimum of 2 hours.

Purchasing Images – Any of the images that you would like to keep will be chosen at the conclusion of your session. When you are done shooting you’ll go through the pictures with Tim one by one to decide which shots you’d like to purchase for your use. Each image you select to keep costs $50 and includes professional retouching.

Tim offers $100 off any session for any returning clients, kids under 18 and students involved in any acting classes.

There is a 50% non-refundable retainer required to book a session and any discounts that you are to receive will be deducted from your final invoice upon completion of your session.

Headshots definitely became our thing as we honed in on the genre and the popularity of our work flourished, however, Tim began his careers focusing 100% on portraiture. That’s why Tim absolutely love the opportunity to create unique portraits for those that choose the longer session with us.

During a headshot session, we keep the camera up close and personal. All the images are captured from the chest up while we concentrate on coaching you toward your best expression. That’s 100% on us and something we pride ourselves upon. We’ll coach you throughout the entire process to not only capture superb imagery but to educate you on what angles and expressions work best for you. We often vary the background colors and love a variety of clothing changes over the course of the session. As you can see from our work, we have created beautiful headshot specific lighting that matches the aesthetic that we believe will have you looking your best.

Our portrait sessions are where we love getting creative vary things up quite a bit. We’ll be including portraits along with your headshots, so you’ll have an assortment of different backgrounds, lighting and we’ll be changing the proximity of the camera to the subject as well. You’ll walk away with a broader range of pictures and everything you’ll need for your own marketing purposes.

Our corporate sessions are designed for groups of people that need a consistent look and feel for their brand. Although we often have our clientele come to our ATL studio, we are just as happy to setup at a location of your choice as well.  Many companies also have an ongoing relationship with us that allows their new team members the flexibility of dropping by the studio at their convenience.

Contact us to discuss the scope of your project and get specific pricing for your organization.

We prefer our clientele to bring a variety of clothing options and generally shoot a handful of different looks throughout each session.

We will be capturing and discussing the images as we go. Inspecting the shots in this way helps us to determine their viability for use in representing your personal brand. In doing so, we will be able to adjust the focus of the session to account for anything we feel you could additionally benefit from along the way.

At the end of the session, we’ll do a review of the images. You’ll be narrowing them down to only your favorites that you’d like to keep for purchase.

Feel free to bring a range of different options for clothing. The #1 rule for us is that you have to love it! If you don’t feel comfortable in it, you most likely won’t shoot well while wearing it. We suggest you bring a range of different cuts, colors, and necklines. For our corporate clients, we like the men to have a variety of jacket/shirt/tie combos and for the women some options of blouse/dress/jacket combos. Keeping jewelry to a minimum is key, studs or small earrings work and simple necklaces, anything hanging or chunky will usually draw too much attention to itself. If you wear glasses and have multiple pairs, then we’d appreciate you bringing them along in order to ascertain their glare factor. If you have any doubt about whether something will work or not just bring it. Layers are fantastic for the actors and no need to be seasonal; everything from t-shirts, tank tops to sweaters and light jackets can work. Have some fun with this, if you feel your wardrobe is missing something then go shopping and we’ll keep the tags on it in case you’d like to return the items after the shoot. We have a steamer in the studio, so we’ll be able to easily sort out any wrinkling for you.

Makeup & hair: Women’s

Makeup for the session is not required but highly recommended for all women. The cost for makeup during your session is listed above and includes hair.

The makeup is applied specifically for the lighting we use and we usually start very naturally to give you a very clean simple look. We do touch ups and will add subtle changes to the makeup as the shoot progresses. If you’d like to start off a little heavier on the makeup we are happy to do that as well, just let us know.

Women’s hair:

We want your hair in your pictures to be as close as possible to the way you look on the best day of your life. We will discuss what you’d like to do with it when planning your shoot and perfect it on the actual day of the shoot.

We don’t normally recommend makeup on men, but our makeup artist can provide light grooming for skin and hair on the shoot for $200 if you like. Our professional retouching usually covers any issues that may arise skin wise, so there are no worries in that dept.

Facial Hair:

If you’d like to shoot with facial hair we’d be happy for you to come in with whatever level of growth you’d like and can shave or trim it down once we’ve gotten the scruff covered. Bring whatever grooming products you’ll need with you to get it done.

We are normally available for shooting Monday through Saturday and we usually schedule 2 sessions a day starting at 11am with the second session starting at 2pm. We do tweak the times depending upon the schedule each particular day, so we ask people to be a bit flexible. We do ask that you don’t have anything else scheduled close to the end of your session in case we feel we need a little more time with you.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book a spot on our calendar. The fee is due at the time of booking a shoot date and time. Contact the studio and we will get you set up with a session that’s perfect for you.

The remaining balance is due the day of the session.

You will be paying our hair / makeup artist directly, they require cash on the day of the shoot.
